Residential Solar Sales

– West of Boston:  10/18/2011   The company is headquartered in Massachusetts, is profitable and growing with a local presence, best-in-class solar products for rooftop and hot water heating.  The position requires strong verbal communication skills, a consultative approach to working with clients, pro-active follow through on inquiries, tradeshow coordination and participation, technical skills (not necessary to have solar experience, but can work with software such as SalesForce.com), a passion for solar and/or renewable energy.  Minimum of two years experience in a sales capacity is required, residential sales experience is a plus.  Compensation between $80-$100K.

Director of Marketing & Communications – West of Boston.  10/18/2011  The company is headquartered in Massachusetts with sales regions throughout the US.  A dominant bi-coastal presence in the design/build of world-class eco-friendly, sustainable, energy efficient luxury homes.  This company works closely with the client to design and build fluid, environmentally sensitive, architecturally dynamic homes that work with the natural environment with a low carbon footprint.  Each and every finishing touch is sourced from natural materials.  The Director of Marketing & Communications will be focused on developing strategy, vision and execution of the Company’s entire marketing plan including, branding, PR, layout & design of collateral materials, internal/external communications, tradeshow selection and coordination (with support), and events.  This person will have administrative support and latitude to create a dynamic and integrated multi-dimensional marketing & communications program that will scale as the company does.  We are interested in people with a minimum of 5 years of experience, sharply attuned to the renewable home design/build marketplace, energetic and able to present themselves with comfortable confidence, super strong verbal and written communication, and raw intelligence/horsepower.  You must be a professional Marketing & Communications person with business experience.

Electrical Engineer – North of Boston.  10/18/2011  The company is headquartered in Massachusetts.  This is a dynamic design/build engineering firm that focuses on building alternative energy power plants, labs and facilities for companies in the green tech space.  Their clients come from industries such as solar, biofuels, and food waste to energy.   Their designs are typically unique and never cookie-cutter, dealing with high hazard environments and a team-based approach to solving non-traditional design/build challenges.

The Electrical Engineer requires a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering and 2-4 years of overall experience in commercial or industrial settings.  The compensation will be commensurate with experience.  All job sites are local and the company offers a competitive compensation, benefits and ESOP program.
